so now i'm sitting and playing the waiting game to hear about a job i interviewed twice for. its been really nice being lazy and watching lots of tv and doing random things around the house. if only everyone could get a month and a half off every year - i think we'd all be so much more motivated and productive in all parts of lives.

also trying to decide what to do for NYE. doesn't seem like our friends are stepping up to the plate this year and I hosted a few years ago. i'm going to have to investigate on the likelihood of people coming to something like that. we thought maybe we'd get a bar and a bunch of cheap folding chairs and tell everyone to bring one assigned bottle of booze or garnish or mix.
