i saw a movie this weekend that was mind blowing and not because the CGI was well done or the acting was brilliant or because the plot/drama was Oscar winning. the movie is called "What the Bleep Do We Know?" but really its more effective with the expletive.

this film attempts to tackle the complexity and intensity of human consciousness through the advances of quantum physics, neurology and molecular biology. its educational to say the very least. its worth owning on dvd and watching over and over. its dense and worth further movies, reading, discussion. don't expect a brilliant plot or drama to play out because it only serves the purpose of being a vehicle to translate the concepts.

if you live in Chicago its still playing at the 3 Penny Cinema for only $5 at the matinee or student price and you're allowed to stay to see the Motorcycle Diaries (also a brilliant film) for free!
