some of you may remember my fixation on finding a particular item that would maximize my relaxation comfort on my 2 weeks in St. Thomas. it was a floating cooler which would allow me to lie all day in the pool without having to get up out of the pool to get a refreshing drink.
this may seem like a ridiculous piece of merchandise and i assure you - it is! in fact i'm sure i'll find that its useless without a floating port-o-potty too but that's where i draw the line. in any case, i had to get it. i remember last august calling every store in chicago (and suburbs) that sold those types of items to see if they had any left. i went cooler-free to the Caribbean and still had a fantastic time. i'm not proud but i have to say, i'm looking forward to trying it out this year.
