on thanksgiving day, getting ready to leave the house, I was drawn into but a few moments of Anne of Green Gables or Avonlea or whatever. i actually found myself tearing up when Anne takes the mean, old, spinster school marm back to Green Gables to 'soften' her and show her the good life. [i don't know why but it really spoke to me.]

then i went to play playstation with my brother, get shitfaced on cheap wine, and eat venison steaks. we topped it off with a german movie called 'funny games' that wasn't funny at all but in fact was very very disturbing. [cruel race.]

i passed out on the sofa one and a half bottles later.
