last night our power went out for a couple of hours. we decided to just go out to eat dinner and hope that it sorts itself out.

it didn't.

i called the electric company to verify my account was ok. which it was.

i went into the basement that i'm sure someone's been murdered in because its like a movie set stereotype for basement murders. of course all fuses to our apartment's box were missing. how could this have happened?

we then called the building's emergency number to alert them to the problem and the old man who answered didn't seem the least bit surprised.
